Shipping policy
We ship Australia-wide; however, please note that livestock cannot be shipped to Western Australia, the Northern Territory, or Tasmania due to state laws and regulations.
The shipping process consists of two sections: Handling Time and Transit Time.

Handling Time: 1 - 2 Days (Monday to Friday)
- Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are dispatched from Sydney (Monday to Wednesday) after the order is placed and payment is received.

Transit Time: 1 - 3 Days (Monday to Friday)
- The time it takes for the package to arrive at the destination after dispatch from our facility.
High-Security Checkout: We use a high-security checkout procedure on our website to protect both the customer.
Shipping Schedule: Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Wednesday:
- Monday: main shipping day, focus on sending out all livestock orders placed before Sunday night.
- Tuesday and Wednesday: Pack and ship the remaining orders.
Shipping Fees:
- Flat rate Express Shipping for Livestock Orders $19.99 AUD
- Express Shipping for Plants Only Orders $13.99 AUD
Note: We do not ship livestock from Thursday to Sunday to prevent them from staying at the courier service's warehouse over the weekend, ensuring their well-being. Livestock orders are shipped via Express service
Order Tracking:
- You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order, including the tracking number, courier company website, and expected arrival date.
