Thank you for shopping with Australia Shrimp Home. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

30-Day Return Policy (Non-Live Items Only)

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible non-live items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at australiashrimphome@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues (Non-Live Items)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, live plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

No Refunds for Color or Appearance Variations (Live Shrimp)

Please note: We do not offer refunds or replacements for live shrimp based on color, size, or pattern dissatisfaction.

Shrimp are living animals, and natural variation is to be expected. While our product images aim to represent our stock accurately, we cannot guarantee that every individual shrimp will match the photos exactly.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy – Live Shrimp Only

We offer refunds or replacements only for shrimp that arrive dead on arrival (DOA).

To qualify:

  • You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the shrimp in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery.

Once your claim is verified, we will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have (if eligible), and make a separate purchase for the new item.
