Death On Arrival (DOA) POLICY

  • For DOA claims, buyers are required to contact our support team via email at or directly through our website's chat within 1 HOUR of Australia Post delivery. Please provide a clear photo of the deceased shrimp(s) within the unopened bag.

  • Please note that DOA does not apply to lost items or shipments not delivered within 48 HOURS due to transit delays caused by Australian Post. Additionally, it does not cover items lost or missing after delivery to a safe drop site as per instructions provided to Australian Post.
