Please note that we ship out orders every Mon-Tues-Wed to avoid delay on weekends by POST. So, orders from late Wednesday to Sunday will be shipped out early morning Monday. 

When you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order number and a summary of your purchase. This order number is important as it will allow you to track your order as it makes its way to you.

 From there, you will be prompted to enter your Tracking number. Once entered, you will be able to view the current status of your order, including any updates on shipping and delivery.

Here are some key status updates to look for as you track your order:

  • Order Received: This means we have received your order and it is being processed.
  • Order Confirmed: This means your order has been confirmed and is being prepared for shipment.
  • Shipped: This means your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
  • Delivered: This means your order has been delivered to the address you provided.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after your order has been shipped.
